These prices are current prices for the whole house including,

water and electricity.

Additional costs are charged at the spot (keys contact).

For the final cleaning after your visit a price of 45,00€ is to pay.

For our regular customers we offer a regular discount of 15%.

Minimum stay: 4 nights

Weekly booking from Saturday to Saturday

Arrival from 2:00 PM - check out up to 10:00 AM

Laundry

Bed linen and towels are available for rent or bring your site.

Washing machine is available in the bathroom.

Smoking

Our house is absolutely non-smoking area !

You're allowed to smoke outside of the house. Please take care that you don't throw your cigarettes into the area around the house. Thank you !

No pets without permission

By starting of April 2019 we don't allow any kind of pet inside our house without any permission!
